As a result of hard work, a font collection localised by Tilde has been included in the largest online font distribution store at the website www.MyFonts.com. This store offers Bitstream fonts localised by Tilde — 500 fonts localized for all European languages, and 150 fonts localized for Cyrillic (the Russian alphabet) and European languages in total of 146 typefaces.

In 1995, Bitstream Inc., an American company, licensed the font collection which is included in the MyFonts store. 500 popular fonts were chosen from this collection to be localized, and in the second half of the 1990s they were released in several formats compatible with Windows and Macintosh computers. With the release of the Windows XP and Macintosh OS X systems, OpenType is the unified font format which standardizes also the use of Latvian in the Windows and Macintosh environments. In 2007, Tilde reorganized its font collection to this format.

SIA Tilde is the only company in the Baltic Countries that professionally develops typefaces and computer fonts.
